The staff was very sweet. The environment was clean, one minute away from Paddington metroline. The food was delicious and the portions were very big. Thank you Rudelissa for her sweet conversation and smiling face.

Yummy place to eat on tour as an American - buffet is the play. Beans on toast were delicious (first time trying) .. Shreya was great very attentive to our order/allergy and friendly service. Family friendly place also.

We were in London a week ago and visited this restaurant as a family—my husband, our son, and I. The food was absolutely delicious, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed family meal. Our waiter, Jay, was just the nicest—so friendly, warm, and genuinely kind. He took great care of us and made us feel super welcome, things like that really make a difference! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food, great service, and a cozy environment!

Popped in for lunch before a meeting after arriving at Paddington station. Had the brunch, eggs Benedict with ham and spinach, it read delicious! Looked amazing on arrival and tasted as good as it looked. Marco was my waiter and he was great, super friendly and helpful.

I really liked this place. The service was good, the food was tasty and the portions were fairly large. I had a double stack burger with sweet potatoe fries and my husband had a breakfast bagel with all the meats so that made him happy. The burger was huge and had a nice house mayo on it that I would recommend getting a side of in case you want to add more. The sweet potato fries were my favorite though. They were super crispy and perfectly sweet I didn't even need a dip for them. My husband really liked his bagel especially the sausage patty because it didn't have weird spices in it like American sausage does and as Canadians it reminded us of having breakfast at home. I would definitely eat here again

Excellent service by Maria J who seems to be wonder woman on her own. Last year I remember her and today she was there again. I had come out of hospital after an MRI scan and with a standing only Mackie Deez and probably the most disgusting KFC I have seen in my life that had a greasy door handle when we left (I used hand gel as we walked out) we decided to go to F&B again. If you know F&B the food is great and the price you pay for the quality over what you would get at FFC or Mackie Deez then your are better off going to F&B's The clean dining areas and quite calm while looking out the window at the hustle and bustle of people coming and going out of Paddington station or bewildered tired and hungry patients like me leaving hospital, the atmosphere and location is excellent. Our bill time says 16:05 and it was nice after being in hospital and my ears ringing from the MRI scan, to sit in a quiet place to eat.
